With a background in executive branding and almost two decades helping high-achieving professionals shape their image and reputation, I've learned that showcasing talents, skills, and accomplishments "on paper" is not enough.
There are often deeper, internal blocks that need addressing to fully embrace our strengths with confidence and consistency. Regulating emotions and repatterning behaviors are essential to succeeding in our personal and professional lives.
To guide my clients towards profound, sustainable, inside-out transformation, I combine my Master's degree in Journalism from Harvard, as well as my career strategy experience with advanced training in the holistic practices and healing arts, including HeartMath's Building Personal Resilience, Somatic Attachment Therapy, Mind-Body Coaching, Pranic (energy) healing, and workplace Feng Shui (interior design).
